Terms of service
This site is a free collectible-card rewards site run by the VoteWiser team. By creating a collection or using the site you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose — please read them.
The cards
- Cards are digital collectibles for fun. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, traded for money, or cashed out, and are not a security, currency, or investment.
- Cards depict members of the United States Congress using public information. They are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or an endorsement of anyone depicted.
- We may add, retire, re-draw, re-tier or reset cards, levels, points and rewards as the game evolves. We'll try to be fair about it, but your collection is not a guaranteed asset.
Your account
- One account per person. Starter packs, daily rewards and giveaways are meant for one player each. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using automation to collect rewards is farming, and we may remove the rewards, the cards, or the account.
- Choose a username you're happy to have shown in public. Usernames that impersonate others, are abusive, or are chosen to mislead may be renamed or removed.
- You're responsible for keeping your password (or your Google account) secure. Tell us if you think someone else has access to your collection.
- You must be 13 or older to create an account.
Rewards, games and the towns
- Cards are won in stream games, at the town billboards, from VoteWiser posts, from daily logins and referrals. Each has limits (per day, per event, per player) designed to keep things fair. The limits, odds and prizes can change without notice.
- Games and rewards may be paused, cancelled, or re-run if something goes wrong — a stream drop, a bug, a delivery hiccup. We don't owe anyone a card that a bug handed out or a glitch withheld, though we'll usually make it right when we can.
- Guesses made in Twitch chat count only when they're attributed to a collection; see the linking notes on your profile. Twitch, Google and the towns are run under their own terms.
Fair play
Don't attack, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; don't try to forge claim links, replay events, or exploit bugs to gain cards. If you find a bug, tell us — we'd rather fix it than fight about it.
Ending things
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing us; your collection and login are removed for good (see the privacy policy).
- We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, and we may shut the site down or change it substantially. If we ever close it, we'll give notice on the site where we can.
The fine print
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site, from lost or changed cards, or from outages. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it; continuing to use the site means you accept the new version. Questions: info@votewiser.com. See also the privacy policy.
